Calling all Tiep Hien Order Members...
Ascot Priory, 18-20 March 2005
A weekend for Tiep Hien Order Members has been arranged from
18 to 20 March 2005 at Ascot Priory. This is one of our favourite retreat venues,
with its beautiful grounds and chapel, so we hope to fill the 33 beds available.
Please arrive from 16:30 onwards, supper will be at 19:30 and we hope to finish
by 15:30 on 20th.
For those of you who have booked, thank you and please send cheques to Angie
ASAP, so that the weekend can be dedicated to our practice and not to money
matters! For those who have not yet booked, please do so soon, there are still
places and we would love to see you.
We are looking for 2 volunteers per meal to buy food and prepare it, namely,
1) Saturday Lunch (the main meal of the day)
2) Saturday Supper (a soup, salad and Bread meal)
3) Sunday Lunch (a meal to use up what's left over or not)
We suggest all meals are very simple and basic.
To save my phone bill please let me know which meal you would like to volunteer
for and whether you will be able to buy and carry the food you need, all basic
things will be supplied.
